What About All The Bad Reviews?

It's a very fair question and there are a few ways to answer that:

1.Genuine Accidents Can Happen

We are incredibly lucky to not only be the closest off-site park & ride service to Stansted Airport (London's Third International Airport), but we also store your vehicle either on-site at Network House (in our secure lock-up parking facility), or just a few hundred meters down the road in our larger car storage space.

Whilst this means that chances of accidents are minimal, but they can happen all the same.

In the event damage happens to your vehicle whilst in our care, we refer you to our Terms of Service to understand the process clearly.

In summary, the basic steps are 1) photograph your vehicle before you leave our site; 2) report any dirt or damage to our team, so we can check the photos we took when we checked your vehicle in with us; 3) once home, you are kindly asked to arrange 3 quotes for the work to be done and we will confirm which one we can approve for you.

In the event that we accept liability for the claim, we trust you will accept our deepest apologies and still consider parking with us in the future.

For reference, of the 10,000+ customers we have served over the past 10+ years, we have had very few claims, because we take great satisfaction in taking the very best care of your vehicle.

2. Holidays Can Be Stressful

At least once a week, we experience a customer who shows high levels of stress, when they come to stay with us. More-often-then-not it's because they are running late, rather than any fault of our own. That said, we always do our best to help them relax and be assured that they are in good hands with us.

Our check in process is fast and easy (we need: car registration number, car key, return flight estimated arrival time, £1 per adult, per direction (for the shuttle bus)). The more organised you are, the faster the process can be.

We really appreciate the countless travellers who pass through our doors who are friendly and polite, but if you really need to be rude &aggressive to our staff, we will try to continue to be nothing but sweetness & light, but we make no promises. ;-P

3. You Didn't Understand Our 'After Midnight Returns' Process

Here at CSL Stansted Parking, we operate from 04:00 am until 00:00 midnight, 7 days a week, except a few days holiday here and there. 99.9% of our clients come and go with a very pleasant and smooth experience with us.

For those who return later than expected (mainly due to flight delays), we put your key in a secure lockbox at the front of our building and send you the lockbox number and code to open it.

You then have 3 options:

Get a taxi to our office (usually between £20 and £30);
Walk 10 minutes across the Orange Car Park and through the cut-through in the small wooded area that pops out directly in front of our office! (See the map in the bottom right hand corner of any page on this website);
Wait at the airport / Radisson Blu Hotel until we open again at 04:00 am;

99.9% of the customers stating that they waited any longer than 20 minutes would be in this situation.

We understand that when you return from your trip, all you want to do is get in your car and go home, so we always strive to deliver a fast and smooth service to all passengers.
