Arrival procedure for CSL Stansted Park and Ride

Park your vehicle in the car park at the front of the building, remove your luggage and report to reception where you will be checked in and transferred to the airport.

It is your responsibility to leave your vehicle key with us as your vehicle will be moved to one of CSL’s secure car parking locations where it will be stored for the duration of your vehicle’s stay.

Staff are fully insured and licensed to drive all types of vehicles to and from storage facilities but the vehicle will remain under the owner’s insurance while stationary and being stored with CSL.

We have various car parks around the Stansted area with the furthest one being only 6 miles from the drop-off location. Please allow 20 miles for the car to travel while in CSL’s care in case of road closures or any events outside of their control.

Please keep your invoice safe as it is also used as your receipt of booking.

Return Procedure for CSL Parking Stansted

Welcome back! Please collect your luggage first
Go to the Radisson Blu hotel reception (where we dropped you off)
Call us to find out how long you will need to wait for the next bus (usually less than 15 minutes)
It's helpful if you let us know how many people are in your group
Once back at Network House (CSL Head Office), let us know your car registration number
We will then return your key and advise where your car is located
Please make a full inspection of your vehicle before you leave us, to make sure everything is to your satisfaction

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call My CSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore you will be liable for any additional charges.
