CSL Stansted Parking — Check-In Procedure for First-Time Customers

Whether you’re heading off on holiday or travelling for business, we want your experience with CSL to be smooth and stress-free. Follow the simple steps below for a quick and efficient check-in.

1. Plan Your Arrival Time

Please arrive at the CSL Stansted Parking facility at least 30 minutes before you need to be at the airport terminal. This allows plenty of time to park, check in your vehicle, and catch the shuttle to Stansted Airport.

Operating Hours: Shuttle transfers run daily from 04:00 until 00:00.
Please ensure your flight falls within these operating times before booking.

2. Locate the CSL Stansted Parking Site

Use the address and navigation link provided in your booking confirmation. We are located just minutes from London Stansted Airport.

Tip: Enter the name "CSL Stansted Parking" into your sat-nav or tap the map link in your booking email for exact directions, as the postcode is not always accurate. Look out for CSL signage as you approach.

3. Follow On-Site Signage & Park in the Designated Check-In Area

When you arrive, follow the directional signs to the 4 check-in lanes in front of the building. Pull up in the designated drop-off area, switch off your engine, and ensure you have your booking confirmation handy (digital or printed).

If it’s busy, a team member will direct you to the correct lane or a temporary holding bay until a check-in agent is ready.

4. Check In with a Member of the CSL Team

A friendly member of the CSL team will greet you and guide you through the check-in process. This typically includes:

Booking Verification – Confirm your name and booking details.

Vehicle Condition Check – A quick visual inspection may be carried out.

Key Handover – You will leave your keys securely with us for the duration of your trip.

Soon, our new vehicle camera arch system will automatically photograph your vehicle from multiple angles as you arrive — giving you added peace of mind.

5. Transfer to the Terminal

Once check-in is complete, you’ll be directed to the CSL shuttle bus.

Shuttles run frequently between 04:00 and 00:00.

There are 6 seats in the back and 2 in the front, with air-con & heating.

You can always ask the driver to go faster or slower, turn the music up or down, or make the van warmer or cooler.

Journey time to the terminal is typically under 10 minutes, depending on traffic.

Our drivers will assist with luggage if required and where possible. Please warn us if your luggage is heavy!

You’ll be dropped off at the Radisson Blu International 5-star Hotel, a short walk from the main terminal entrance.

6. Enjoy Your Trip

With your vehicle securely parked and keys held safely on site, you can relax and focus on your journey.

7. On Your Return

When you land back at Stansted, collect your luggage and follow the return instructions provided at check-in (and included in your confirmation email/SMS).

Call the CSL number provided or follow the AI voice agent’s prompts to notify us that you are ready for collection.

Proceed to the Park & Ride pick-up point in front of the Radisson Blu Hotel, where we dropped you off.

The shuttle will collect you and return you to the CSL site, where your vehicle will be waiting.
