Refund Policy

A booking may be cancelled via the website up to one calendar month prior to the date for which the service has been reserved and will receive a full refund.

Cancellations requested after this time must be made via the contact form on the website and refunds will be at the discretion of the management.

Unfortunately, any bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the booked start time will not be eligible for a refund.

Any customer wishing to curtail the length of stay for a service, once the service has commenced, will be liable to pay the fee for the whole of the service booked.
